Beyond insight—helping individuals and couples create lasting change.
Welcome to Twinflower Counseling.
Relationships shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. Whether you're navigating conflict with a partner, feeling disconnected from yourself, or caught in cycles you can't seem to break, therapy can help you understand what's happening and begin responding differently.
I work with both individuals and couples using experiential, relational therapy that goes beyond simply talking about problems. Together we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, better understand what drives them, and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.
I’m Natalie Becker, LPC-Associate (supervised by Vanessa Rosage, LPC-S).
My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I won't hand you advice from the sidelines, but I also won't simply nod while the same conversations repeat themselves. We'll slow things down, notice what is happening in the moment, and work with the emotions, beliefs, and responses that keep showing up—both inside and outside the therapy room.
If this strikes a chord for you, reach out and let's begin.
My Mission
Understanding Patterns to Create Change.
I believe meaningful change happens when we understand not only what we're feeling, but how we keep recreating the same experiences in our relationships, our bodies, and our everyday lives.
My approach integrates relational, experiential, and somatic therapies to help people cultivate deeper awareness of the patterns shaping their lives. As we become more conscious of these patterns, we gain the ability to choose whether to continue them or to respond in new ways. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore what's underneath them—the experiences and relational dynamics that continue to influence how you move through the world.
In my work with couples, I help partners move out of repetitive cycles of blame, withdrawal, criticism, or disconnection. Together we'll slow those moments down, understand what's happening underneath them, and practice new ways of reaching each other.
